Answer: You will be emailed with a mockup of your item(s) within 3-5 business days upon confirmation of your order.

Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders will ship within 7 - 10 business days after confirmation of acceptance of the mockup email review, depending on the size of the order. For large orders, please allow 10 -14 business days after confirmation of acceptance of mockup email review for shipping.
Question: Is my item eligible for a refund?
Answer: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom items can't be returned due to items being custom-made unless damaged due to shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom items can't be refunded due to items being custom-made unless damaged due to shipping.
