Customer-Supplied Items Policy

Treasure’s By Latrice allows customers to provide their own garments or other products for customization, including embroidery, vinyl, DTF, sublimation, and other services.

By providing your own item(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Treasure’s By Latrice is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied items if an error, damage, staining, scorching, tearing, machine malfunction, or other unexpected issue occurs during the customization process.
• Customers are encouraged not to provide rare, sentimental, irreplaceable, or extremely expensive items for customization.
• All customer-supplied items must be new or freshly cleaned and suitable for the requested customization method.
• Treasure’s By Latrice reserves the right to decline any item that may not be suitable or safe for customization.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct size, color, quantity, brand, and item type.
• If additional customer-supplied items are needed due to an approved design change, sizing issue, or incorrect item provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for providing the replacement.
• Payment covers the customization service only unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
• Once customization has begun, customer-supplied items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By submitting your item(s) to Treasure’s By Latrice and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Customer-Supplied Items Policy.
